Service Package

(a) Monthly plan
1. HK$18 per month. Include:
  - 30pcs of 2R/3R/4R/4S or
  - 2pcs of Panorama (4"x13") or
  - 1pc of 8R/12R
& 1 time FREE local delivery
2. HK$28 per month. Include:
  - 60pcs of 2R/3R/4R/4S or
  - 4pcs of Panorama (4"x13") or
  - 2pc of 8R/12R
& 1 time FREE local delivery
Extra charge for 'Express print' service: $10 & 1 [M] per request.

(b) Single order
HK$1 per print, plus package and delivery charge depends on the quantity of prints:

1-20 pcs = $3.0
21-50 pcs = $4.5
51-90 pcs = $8.5


*Each user can make order at maximum $200 per month.

Subscribers can subscribe more than one of the monthly service packages at the time of subscription, i.e. any one of the $24, $32, $36 or $39 monthly packages mentioned above irrespective of whether subscription of the Service is at standard service fee, as a designated value-added service commitment for newly subscribed mobile devices or on a fixed contract term of 6/12 months. Subscribers of $18, $24, $32, $36 packages are free to choose either local postal delivery or the designated 7-Eleven convenient stores to pick up the photos, while those of $39 monthly package can choose local postal delivery only.

FAQ

Can the unused print quata be carried forward to next cycle?

No, all the print quata can only be used in current cycle

When will the photos/photobook be received after service cycle end date?

Shot'nPrint is a monthly service, we will print print and mail all the photos/photobook uploaded after the service cycle end date. Please make sure you have entered correct delivery address. We will print your photos within 14 working days after the cut-off time and print your photobook within 21 working days after the cut-off time. Delivery will take another 2-4 days depending on HK Post Office.

What to do if photos/photobook are not received after a while?

When you have not received the photos/photobook over 15 days after your receipt of SMS notifying the send-out of photos, please call SKYphoto hotline at (+852) 2711 0060 or email to cs@skyphoto.com.hk with order no. specified, and/or registered tel no. and contact method. The order no. can be viewed from "Order History".

May I order different print sizes photo in an order?

Each order may only print 1 size of photos, but user may print another size of photos in another cycle.

What to note when selecting photo print size?

Please note the minimum photo resolution when selecting photo print size. Photo quality may be affected if the resolution is lower than suggested.

Will the photo be deleted after printing?

We will keep the uploaded photos for 3 months.

What is the printing preferences of Shot'nPrint?

Shot'nPrint has 2 print options:
i. "Fit-in with border" - Print the whole image on the photo paper. However, there will be white space left on the four sides of the photo.

ii. "Fill-in without border" - Fully cover the photo paper with the image. However, some part of the image may be cropped away if the aspect ratio of the photo paper and the image is different.

Will there be any color adjustment on photo?

Our professional printing technican will fine tune the color of the photo for you. If you want a direct output of photo without color adjustment, please email your request to cs@skyphoto.com.hk

Will the date be shown on photo?

Shot'nPrint will not print the date to the photo. There is a lot of apps that can do it for you, please append the date to your photo before uploading photo to us.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Service is a photo printing service. Upon successful application, customer may make use of the Service by searching for and downloading the software application (Apps) of Shot’n Print (the 'Shot’n Print Apps') from Google Play or App Store, or use the Service via Planet 3 WAP portal, Shot’n Print website or MMS.

• Subscription of the Service at standard service fee at $24, or as the designated value-added service commitment when engaging for a fixed contract term for newly subscribed mobile devices at $24, subscribers can print up to 30pcs of 2R/3R/4R/4S photo, OR 2 pcs of Panorama photo OR 1pc of 8R/12R photo per month via specific application;
• Subscription of the Service at standard service fee at $36, or as the designated value-added service commitment when engaging for a fixed contract term for newly subscribed mobile devices at $36, subscribers can print up to 60pcs of 2R/3R/4R/4S photo, OR 4 pcs of Panorama photo OR 2pcs of 8R/12R photo per month;
• Subscription of the Service at $39 monthly package, subscribers can print up to 20 pcs of Marker Photo (3.5”x4”) or 50pcs of 2R/3R/4R/4S photo.

Each of the monthly packages is entitled to local postal delivery once. Subscribers can subscribe more than one of the monthly service packages at the time of subscription, i.e. any one of the $24, $36 or $39 monthly packages mentioned above irrespective of whether subscription of the Service is at standard service fee, as a designated value-added service commitment for newly subscribed mobile devices or on a fixed contract term of 12 months.

2. Subscriber who subscribes free trial for the Service can enjoy a 2-month free trial. The free offer is only applicable to first-time subscribers. This free trial promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Upon expiry of the free trial period, a monthly fee of $24 will be charged automatically to the relevant registered customer account on a monthly basis. To cancel subscription, please call Customer Services Hotline 1033 at least seven days prior to the end day of the promotion period. This offer is subject to the final decision of HTCL. HTCL reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the above offer at any time without prior notice.

3. Customer may subscribe for standalone Service (at $24 or $36 per month) or subscribe for Service as engagement for its value-added service contract (at $24, $36 or $39), or as the designated value-added service commitment when engaging for a fixed contract term for its newly subscribed mobile devices, and to sign up for a designated contractual term, and/or to subscribe for a designated monthly plan for mobile devices (if applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, immediately after the completion of the designated contractual term for the Service, such Service shall continue to be charged at the standard service fees, namely $24, $36 or $39 per month (as the case may be) (save and except that HTCL has been notified by the customer of its intention to terminate the Service).

4. If the customer is to subscribe for the Service as the designated value-added service commitment when engaging for a fixed contract term for its newly subscribed mobile devices, then any termination of the monthly plan for the mobile devices for whatever reasons shall also lead to the automatic termination of the Service accordingly.

5. Shot’n Print photo printing service is a channel chargeable for fixed monthly service fees. Even if the customer is to actually use the Service for less than a month, the applicable monthly service fee shall still be payable by the customer in full but not refundable at all on any pro-rata basis. Once the customer has confirmed its subscription for the Service, the service fee shall automatically be chargeable on a monthly basis.

6. The Service shall only be applicable to the 3G or 4G LTE mobile customers of HTCL but not any prepaid SIM card customers.

7. The Service shall only be applicable to the operation system of Android 4.0 or above, iOS 7.0 or above.

8. When the customer is to download the Shot’n Print Apps and/or use the Service through the data network, the relevant data transfer fee shall additionally be charged by HTCL. If the customer is to download the Shot’n Print Apps and/or use the Service overseas, it may be required to pay separately the relevant data roaming fee.

9. If, at the time of or after subscribing for the Service through HTCL, the customer is also to apply or subscribe for the Service through any other way for whatever reasons and results in any extra fee or loss therefrom, HTCL shall not in any event be responsible for any such extra fee or loss.

10. To terminate the Service, customer must notify HTCL by calling the 3Customer Services Hotline 1033 not less than 7 days before the then current statement cutoff date of the Service. Termination of the Service shall forthwith become effective as from HTCL’s receipt from the customer of the termination notice, or customer can continue to use the Service until the next payment due date of the monthly fee (as the case may be), and the service fee payable for such relevant month shall not be refundable at all on any pro-rata basis.

11. Any subsequent or renewal subscription for the Service by the customer after any prior termination of Service for whatever reasons shall be regarded as a new subscription for such service. The customer shall have to call directly to the 3 customer hotline 1033 for completing the subscription procedure, and the contractual term and billing for the Service shall commence accordingly as from the completion of the relevant subscription procedure by the customer.

12. Once the customer has confirmed subscription for the Service as an engagement for a value added service contract, such service shall not be exchanged for another value-added service package of the same or different value during the relevant contractual term. In addition, once the customer has confirmed subscription for any of the “2R/3R/4R/4S photo, OR Panorama photo OR 8R/12R photo” monthly service plan, such service shall not be exchanged for the “Marker photo (3.5”x4”)” monthly service plan, or vice versa.

13. The content of the Service shall be provided by a third party supplier, namely Always Online Technology Limited. The content of the Service may change without any prior notice. HTCL shall not be responsible for any liability incurred from or in connection with the content, the downloading of the Shot’n Print Apps and/or use of the Service (including but not limited to the accuracy of the information provided by the third party supplier, and any fees, expenses, losses and damages incurred from or caused by the downloading of the Shot’n Print Apps and/or use of the Service by the customer or any other persons). HTCL shall have the final discretion as to any dispute in all respects in relation to the Service.

14. Once the customer has successfully subscribed for the Service, it shall be subject to the terms and conditions relating to the service as contained herein, and shall also be subject to the 3G and 4G LTE Service Terms and Conditions of HTCL which can be found on HTCL’s website https://www.three.com.hk > Terms & Policies > 3G and 4G LTE Service Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between the terms and conditions relating to the Service as contained herein and the 3G and 4G LTE Service Terms and Conditions of HTCL, the former shall prevail.

15. Should there be any inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
