(1) You are not obliged to provide SKYphoto with your personal data. However, such provision is necessary so as to enable SKYphoto to provide you with the services or products which you are requested.
(2) The purposes for which your personal data (including : name, telephone number and email address) may be used are as follows:
i. the daily operation of the services and products provided to you;
ii. informing you of any SKYphoto offers;
iii. research services or products;
iv. designing services or products for customer;
v. marketing services or products;
vi. meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirement of any law binding on SKYphoto; and
vii. any purposes relating to above.
(3) Your personal data held by SKYphoto shall be kept confidential but SKYphoto may provide such information to any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, computer, payment, telecommunications, market research or other services to SKYphoto for the operation of its business;
(4) You are entitled to request access to data held by SKYphoto about you or your account and to update or correct such data
